We reserve the right to refuse service if the site is deemed unsafe, unprepared, or not accessible on the scheduled date.

3. Booking & Payment
•A non-refundable deposit may be required to confirm your booking.
•Final payment is due immediately upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
•We accept bank transfers, credit/debit cards, and other methods specified in your invoice.
•Late payments may be subject to interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

4. Cancellations & Refunds
•Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment to receive a full refund of your deposit.
•Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
•Refunds, if applicable, will be issued within 7 working days to the original payment method.

5. Site Access & Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing safe, clear, and unobstructed access to the premises. Any delays caused by inaccessible or unsafe conditions may result in additional charges or rescheduling.
Please ensure pets, children, and furniture are removed from the work area before our team arrives.

6. Guarantees & Liability
•Our workmanship is guaranteed for 12 months from the date of completion.
•The guarantee does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidental damage, normal wear and tear, or poor maintenance.
•GT Floors LTD is not liable for pre-existing issues, delays caused by third parties, or natural variations in wood such as expansion, fading, or minor gaps.
