2. Do you offer a warranty?

Yes. We offer a 2-year workmanship warranty on all our flooring installations. This covers fitting-related issues. Product warranties may vary depending on the supplier.

3. Do you supply the flooring, or do I need to buy it myself?

We can do both. You’re welcome to purchase flooring yourself, or we can supply it for you through our trusted partners, including Flooring Superstore.

4. Do you offer free surveys or quotes?

Yes, we offer free site surveys and quotations. We assess the subfloor condition, take accurate measurements, and provide expert advice tailored to your needs.

5. What areas do you cover?

We cover London and surrounding areas, working closely with shops in Romford, Catford, Albany, Richmond, and more.

6. Do I need to prepare anything before the fitting?

Yes. We kindly ask that the area is cleared of furniture and personal belongings before our fitters arrive. If you need help with uplift or moving furniture, let us know in advance.

7. Do you prepare subfloors as well?

Yes, we offer subfloor preparation, including screeding, leveling, and plywood installation, if needed. This will be discussed during your site survey.

8. Can you work weekends or evenings?

We try to accommodate flexible schedules when possible, including weekend work, depending on team availability.

9. How do I book an installation?

Simply contact us by phone, email, or through our shop partners. Once the survey is complete, we’ll book a date that suits you.

10. Do you remove and dispose of old flooring?

Yes, we can remove and dispose of old flooring for an additional charge. This can be included in your quote if needed.
